🎓EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

I.  (i) B.Sc (Hons) in Nursing from a recognized University of Institute.  Or  Regular course in B.Sc. Nursing  from  a  recognized University  or  Institute; Or Post  Basic  B.Sc.  Nursing from a recognized University  of  Institute;

 (ii) Registered  as  a  Nurse or  Nurse  and  Midwife  (RN  or  RN  & RM) with State Nursing  Council. 

(iii)  Six  months  experience in minimum  fifty bedded  hospital  after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned above. 

Or II . (i) General Diploma  in Nursing  Midwifery  from  a  recognized Board or Council; 

(ii) Registered  as  a Nu rse  or  Nurse and  Midwife  (RN or  RN  &  RM) from State Nursing  Coucil; 

(iii) and Two  and  half years’  experience in  minimum  fifty bedded  hospital after acquiring mentioned  at  II (i)  above. 

Note 1:  Qualifications  are relaxable  at  the  discretion of  the  Staf f Selection Commission  or  Competent Authority  for  reasons  to  be recorded  in  writing,  in  the case of candidates otherwise  well  qualified. 

Note 2: The qualification(s)  regarding experience  is/are  relaxable at the  discretion  of  the Staff Selection Commissio n  or  Competent Authority  for  reasons  to  be recorded  in  writing  in  the case of belonging candidates to the Scheduled  Castes  or  the Scheduled  Tribes,  if  at  any stage  of  selection,  the  Staff Selection  Commission  or 

the Competent Authority, is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
