The duly filled-in application along with necessary documents and application fee in form of Demand Draft should reach “The Recruitment Cell, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Virbhadra Marg, Pshulok, Rishikesh (Uttarakhand)-249203” on or before 01.12.2016 (till 1700 hrs.).
Application received after the last date or incomplete in any respect or those not accompanied by the documents/information will not be considered.
🎓Educational Qualification -
I) B.Sc. Nursing Degree from a recognised Institution / University.
OR
Registered Nurse and Midwife, with sister Tutors Diploma.
II) Three years experience in teaching Institution.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
a) The Application forms of Candidates will be accepted only upto or before 01.12.2016 (till 1700 hrs.).
b) The Screening written examination may be conducted depending upon the number of applications received.
c) List of Eligible candidates for interview / Written Examination will be uploaded on website www.aiimsrishikesh.edu.in as early as possible. Candidates are advised to check the Institute website regularly for information, because no personal/ postal communication will be send to candidates in this regard.
Documents to be produced in original at the time of Interview:
i.Age proof.
ii.Residence proof.
iii.Qualification proof.
iv.NOC document (if applicable).
v. Reserve category document.
vi. Experience certificate.
vii. Nursing council registration. viii. List of publication in index journals.
ix. Any other relevant document to support your candidature.
Note: Self attested copy of the above-said documents is required to be attached with the application form and candidates must bring the above said Original document at the time of interview.
TERMS & CONDITIONS-
ꐓ Tenure: - The appointment is purely on contract basis initially for periods of 11 months or till regular appointments are made on this post, whichever comes earlier. This appointment will not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in the institute OR for continued contractual appointment which may be renewed or terminated as decided by the Institute.
ꐓ Remuneration:- Consolidated remuneration shown against post will be given to contractual appointee after statutory deduction.
ꐓ Expiry of Contract: - Appointment can be terminated at any time by the Institute by giving one month notice or salary in lieu thereof. The employee can also leave the Institute by giving one month notice or salary in lieu thereof. The appointment shall be terminated immediately on the basis of unsatisfactory work or continued absence or on disciplinary grounds. If termination of service is made on the basis of unsatisfactory work or due to continued absence of the appointee or on the disciplinary grounds, then he/she will not be entitled for any salary in lieu of notice period.
ꐓ Leave: - The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed by the Institute’s leave rules as amended from time to time.
ꐓ The appointee shall not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits available to the Government Servants, appointed on regular basis.
ꐓ The Competent Authority reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process in full or in part and also the right to reject any or all applications received without assigning any reasons or giving notice etc.
ꐓ The prescribed qualification is minimum requirement and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.
ꐓ This contractual appointment is whole time and private practice/ engagement of any kind is prohibited.
ꐓ Any vacancy arising because of non- joining by selected candidates or by resignation of candidate who had joined after selection will be offered to the candidates from the waiting list according to their merit.
ꐓ He / She will have to conform to the rules of discipline and conduct as applicable to the Institute employees.
ꐓ No travelling or other allowances will be paid to the candidate for Interview / joining.
ꐓ The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
ꐓ Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified for the post.
ꐓ All information pertaining to this advertisement including date of interview, notices, result etc. will be displayed on the AIIMS Rishikesh website (www.aiimsrishikesh.edu.in). No individual intimation will be sent by AIIMS Rishikesh to applicants. ꐓ If any declaration given or information furnished by the candidate proves to be false or if the candidate is found to have willfully suppressed any material information, he/she will be liable to be removed from services and such action will be taken as the appointing authority may defit.t.
ꐓ The decision of the Competent Authority regarding selection of the candidate will be final and no representations will be entertained in this regard. The decision of the Competent Authority shall be final and binding.
